So look I feel stupid that this is my warmup but I’ve got to get my hamstrings and low back uh stretched out so I’ll spread my legs which relieves the pressure on my back and I’ll just kind of like stretch it out that’s I mean that’s a pretty solid split you’ve got

Going I can get moving and then it just takes me a little while uh I always do squats just to get my legs activated so whether I start on a deep squat squat and go up or just kind of go down I’ll do slow and then explosive cuz again

Well I call it explosive it’s not really you’re so for uh a guy that likes to hit hellacious bombs come on don’t don’t talk yourself down so much
