70 points is a new 76ers franchise record for points in a game, previous:
Wilt Chamberlain – 68 pts 12/16/1967

The Philadelphia 76ers defeated the San Antonio Spurs, 133-123. Joel Embiid recorded a career-high 70 points, along with 18 rebounds and 5 assists for the 76ers, with Tyrese Maxey adding 18 points and 8 assists in the victory. Victor Wembanyama tallied 33 points and 7 rebounds for the Spurs. The 76ers improve to 29-13, while the Spurs fall to 8-35.

  1. He literally dominated the Spurs. 😢 Wemby too soft for him, and the others can't even budge him a little.

  2. I am both relieved and surprised that the Spurs at least tried to defend him! As opposed to the Raptors on Kobe.
Embiid was just HITTING ALL THE JUMPERS

  3. Where is the defense when he gets the ball 😂 he's always open. Joel is so slow all you gotta do is put pressure and he will miss.

  4. 3 minutes in and I'm pretty sure he's had over 10 FTA's by now. What am I watching? A man practicing his FT routine.

  5. The fact everyone on the other team still has a job is crazy! The team might of beat me, but ain't no way I'm getting beat by one dude. Quadruple team him!

  6. The 60% of this Joel performance in the playoffs and being relatively consistent with no bullshit choking or walk the court, and we get the Ring 💍.

  7. What's annoying is how he's allowed to create as much space as he likes with contact, but the slightest touches he gets sent to the line…
