Exercise you’re going to stay here and you’re going to go side to side like this second exercise you’re going to choose a leg to start and you’re going to go Over and CR for the third exercise you’re going to lean to the right side you’re going to use your left leg and you’re going to go up and down up and down to exercise your our ear and you’re going to stretch and come here and stretch come here stretch come here lift
