Today we take a look at another starter set I got from Amazon. What is the point of PGA making these frisbees? Are they trying to sabotage disc golf for new people coming from golf or something? I think they tried to make the worst discs possible so people would stick with regular golf.

Well you know boys and I were at the Country Club the other day getting a little n hole in and uh saw this thing there they got this new way to play golf with frisbees so we’re like hey let’s check that out that seems kind of fun
Okay in all seriousness I have no idea I don’t know any golf terms so we’re not even going to try to to go any further with that let’s get right into this thing today we got the PGA Tour what got this all scary today we got the PGA Tour
Disc golf set um I don’t think these are PDGA approved but we’ve got a driver mid-range and a putter the driver designed for maximum distance so we should be able to pump at 500 ft mid-range designed to be used for accuracy and control so we should be
Able to lace every Gap putter designed for shorter and straighter shots so it shouldn’t have any fade lightweight easy to throw discs perfect three disc golf set for disc golfers of all ages all right let’s get right into it boom just like that I think we’re in
Let’s see here what do we got what do we got let’s pull out the driver first black oh my goodness look at the Dome on this boy sh The Parting line is literally touching the ground almost all right and uh these things are hard as rocks they’re also
Dusty like actually there’s dust on them anyway we got the mid-range another Super Dy mid-range it doesn’t look too understable though do these have any weights on them they don’t oh did you hear that did you hear them clunk together all right next up we got ice cream lid
Putter should be fun all right we’re going to play a little nin hole out here all Baptist Church let’s get right into it hole one got a par 4 it’s 450 ft uh we got OB all the way on the left side OB baseball field these things feel
Terrible they feel like ABS plastic they have no give especially in the cold and it’s pretty cold today it’s like 40 which is cold for this little Florida boy uh I did not wear any layers for this anyway I’m pretty sure this is going to be the floppiest thing on the
Planet so we’re going to throw this out there on Heiser out there to the left and hopefully it doesn’t go right and go B oh are you kidding me right now I tried to give that that is absolutely ridiculous is that even throwable okay that was that was the funniest thing ever and
I was right it’s the flippi thing on the planet hey but at least he didn’t reach the OB I guess there’s that we could have been in the OB right there so there’s a point for the disc you know that that’s something all right we still
Got a good bit of way good bit of ways to go we threw the disc like 15 ft off the te and I think 50 ft of that was a roller so here we go we’re going to see if we’re going to try the mid-range out
Try to just get it a little bit over those trash cans hopefully it’s not too flippy okay the mid is actually kind of nice we hit that tree so we’re going to see if it cracked might have broken half just there I don’t know we’ll go see
Oh all right I actually really like the flight of that mid-range probably going to rely heavily on that today we end up right here you can finally get a peek at the basket down there I’m in this bush we’re going to forehand the uh the putter guy that’s pretty nice too okay this
Driver is just something else okay I say that and then I get and then I put it closer than the putter maybe we just got to be really soft with that driver man I should have approached with the driver that thing was pretty sweet it just held that turn forever all
Right we’re going see if we can’t save the par here got about a 30 footer 25 to 30 footer with a lid here we go with a lightweight lid all right that’s a bogey took a bogey on the first hole that’s okay we’ll come back I
Should have set a goal for these discs let’s try to get uh let’s try to get like minus two I would say if we don’t hit the goal we’ll put these in the giveaway pile but I really don’t think any of y’all want these discs like I’m
Just going to just going to say the driver is almost un throwable the mid-range is well n and none of them are PJ approved so really what’s the point maybe for a kid like I can see the the driver being pretty good for a kid to throw so these discs don’t have any
Flight numbers on them there’s nothing on the box saying how they supposed to fly there is a QR code on the box we’ll scan that show on the screen real quick what that uh what that pulls up but whole two here we got 220 ft it’s right there triple Mando slightly to the
Right off the te I can’t even see the I can’t see the basket from the from the te but I know where it is so we’re going to go with the mid-range the accurate Point shoot uh you know whatever it said on the box accurate disc so that we can
Hit the Gap because obviously this thing is going to hit the gap wow okay that mid-range is actually not bad I would kind of put it like similar to like a fuse something like that pretty understable but not like not like the driver like the driver literally
Does a a 360 in the air cork screw very usable very usable pretty nice shot from the old uh PGA t or mid-range there I’m so nervous putting with this thing all right we got it had no reason to be nervous jsh when these things hit the basket sounds like
They’re going to hurt the basket okay pretty good little birdie there on a hole two took away our bogey that we got a hole one so that’s nice next up here we got a 275 ft just right there just chilling we’re going to go to the mid-range put on some
Heer oh I missed the I missed the tree there man that thing actually just goes really straight I thought it would have a little bit of fade at the end but it didn’t it really didn’t fly is nice though got admit I usually throw a mid here but thought this would have a
Little bit more finish but we’re still in a decent spot little circle too look okay I really tried to soft it cuz I was really scared and also kind of slipped out my hand but we’re going to keep making all the excuses the wind probably got it as well easy tap in
Par it’s okay cuz we’re going to ace the next one okay this hole is tough to film cuz there’s no room behind the teapad I’ve got the camera on the teapad but we got it zoomed out so hopefully you can see me we got 170 ft told you we were going to ace
It Ching did you hear that oh no no no no no it’s cuz we were supposed to Ace with the mid-range K I ended up a little further out than I would like should be still cash it darn nobody that was a terrible putt
It was a wind you guys can’t see me but we’re here H next up we got 254 probably should throw the mid-range here like you know to try to get a birdie or whatever but uh we need to throw this driver again I’m thinking the only way the only way I
Can think of to even throw this is the tomahawk kind of throw let’s see what it does yep it’s uh pretty much did what I thought it was going to do flipped around flipped around let’s see what the mid-range would have doing throw a lot of
Heer oh my gosh it still goes right I think that mid-range is getting Flippy and flipper even though I’m just hitting grass with it somehow it’s getting flippy left ourselves really short with this uh driver once again okay though cuz we we got this uh you know straight
Putter here supposed to be straight actually got a good bit of Fade to it all right should be a nice little par there watch that my gosh it went so deep this actually looks like a perfect shot for this mid-range it’s a 260 slightly off to the right there we’re
Going see you can’t get it there now have a little fade oh never mind hit the pole wow I hit the pole and it drifted backwards squared that pole up pretty hard I’m kind of worried about the pole honestly feel like we put a chip in that thing we’re going to forand
This little putter up there sit okay sat pretty good feel like it sat pretty good this thing actually didn’t take much damage we got a little little Mark in it but you guys see that just a little Mark but nothing much should be a little tap in here hold
Up oh that was close that was actually really low 215 we got OB both sides so it’s a tunnel shot pretty much usually I go for him but I don’t really have a forand disc here in this lineup so I think we’re going to go to the mid-range
And just try to lace the Gap you know this one’s made for accuracy and stuff so it shouldn’t hit any trees here we go and it kicks right and goes up I knew it was going to happen when I saw it fly into that tree I knew that it was going
To hit the tree and fling it to the right oh my gosh it’s so sad so we hit this tree and it went straight through the fence there so I’ll just take it from like right here something like that and yeah that should work for a nice easy bogey all right nice little
Bogey here hopefully all right all right now really I mean it was a little left it was the wind for real definitely the crappy disc’s fault and why I’m playing so bad today huh yeah totally we got nothing to lose here so we’re going to go the roller let’s hope he doesn’t
Roll left into the street and go a be oh don’t don’t cut too much oh my oh my it’s coming back now it’s rolling back I think I got 100 feet with that disc again I don’t understand that disc sucks so bad that disc is so bad okay not the worst
Spot to be I suppose cuz we got a pretty open Gap to throw through here but I got like 100t of distance off the te so uhoh that might be in this playground oh thank goodness what is going on with that thing did you see that I mean I’m glad I
Hit the tree because I probably would have hit a kid but oh my gosh what was going on with that disc okay the disc get some really weird Plinko things but at least it didn’t hit a kid that would have been really bad one of these hard
Plastic phrases hit a kid that might have been the end that might have been the end to me all right we’re going to forehand this little putter up there again try that oh my goodness the wind just carried it so far to the right oh my left ourselves a good way out
Here what the heck it just saw in the air it was like wobbling so much this is hilarious we’re going to wrap it up here on this uh on this last to home n um I just actually had somebody recognize me for the first time out in the wild
