  1. The argument about Burrow going to LSU and McCord at OSU not being afraid of competition…. THEY WEREN'T SENIORS IN THEIR LAST YEAR OF ELIGIBILITY. Burrow had a couple years left, McCord had his whole career. Now it's different with McCord–this is his final chance to show the NFL folks he is worth bringing to their franchise. He doesn't have the luxury of being wrong. He wants assurances he isn't going to be put on the bench, period

  2. It's possible Rhule told him he would have to compete for the starting job and McCord feels like he shouldn't have to do that. It's more than likely why he's leaving Ohio St. It might be a guy that we actually don't want here anyways if he's afraid of the competition .

  3. With as many times as Raiola has flipped is his on/off again interest in Nebraska damaging to the program? Did we lose McCord because he didn’t want to deal with that drama.

  4. Is Nebraska being used for NIL leverage? Just a thought. I mean why does Raiola need to visit again? Why wouldn’t he just decommit and commit to Neb unless he’s using this week to let Georgia come up with a better deal?

  5. Ooooh did that UNLV team look bad to you? They have one of the best point guards I’ve seen, and he’s only 18. They have one of the best scoring centers in the country. Also that 3-4 UNLV was able to play previously unavailable transfers due for the court ruling earlier thay day. Keep up

  6. I hate it when some wise aker uses Nebraska to build their own value….but I don't think McCord bailing is that….if it's the starting spot guarantee thing, like what we hear coming out of OSU then best of luck to him, see ya….I really don't want a prima Donna Senior who is afraid he might get passed by a Freshman running things at Nebraska because that's not how we roll….Ask Taylor Martinez how that worked out for him. Sure he is welcomed back and loved by Nebraska Fans….we have a short memory…. reason is he was man enough to stick it out…and we respect a stand up guy. Taylor has a meddling Father and that's not his fault….
However Kyle never had the cajones to even get to that point. If he is afraid of a young guy that hasn't even signed yet….well that speaks volumes….again this is all just speculation at this point and we will never fully know the "truth"
Even if Dylan does decide not to come home….it's not the end of the world….I know it's hard but let things play out and Coach Ruhle worry about it…..that's why he makes the big bucks right ?
The world won't stop turning on its axis….and the Sun will still rise tomorrow…..and life will go on. Life is so precious…. why waste one mili second of it worrying about things that haven't happened yet or are in your scope of control right ?
    GO BIG RED !

  7. You know Husker football last year looks a lot different if they don't run Casey Thompson off and he wins the starting job. GBR

  8. It was stated here that no coach would bring in a QB and say you are the starter. Isn't that virtually what Rhule did with Sims?

  9. And isn't it possible once Raiola showed interest there wasn't enough money for them both? I imagine Raiola's price tag is quite high!
