  1. Ethical
    Jesus is real
    Golf is a sport
Cmon guys keep it relative , God is Good always , sports are a distraction that it !

  2. hopefully this will turn fans away from golf altogether, so local golf courses will be wide open w tee times, sub 4 hour rounds, and fewer turds.

  3. PGA did all this to themselves when they decided to try to do a deal with liv. They made their bed, and now they need to sleep in it,

  4. Rahm’s move tells me two things. Firstly, his confidence in his own game is lacking and taking the money puts him and his family in a better financial position. Secondly and more importantly, it tells me that LIV golf is not gaining the traction it was hoping to, so they had to spend a half a billion dollars on getting a top name player. It just simply won’t work for either party. The PGA Tour is better without him.

  5. Wagner is darn right! The PGA Tour should be scared. They've made poor decision after poor decision that has lead to this. Even the stupid decision by the golf's governing bodies to "rollback the golf ball" for pros and amateurs alike, just shows how disconnected from reality and the public, golf leadership is. Hopefully Spieth and Scheffler go to, and then it would be pretty much all over for the PGA Tour, and their hand would be forced to start doing things differently.

Because they still have the captain of the Titanic at the helm, even after he's hit the iceberg – which is just stunning!! And I mean WHY??!! Because like Johnson Wagner says, "Jay is a genuinely nice guy." So was Captain Smith.

  6. I won't be listening to anything professional golfers say in the future. The majority wouldn't know the truth if it bit them on the ass. Their greed has ruined the professional game.

  7. Only pure idiots can describe half a billion dollars as "needed to secure one's future." Sadly, I will never watch Rahm play again except in a major.

  8. I Love the way these PGA guys talk about generic LIV talking points but the PGA tour charity blah blah blah falls into that category

  9. Paying players in the region $550million to join LIV on a reported six year contract. Can somebody explain the business model?
Two years in LIV is losing close to $2 billion dollars with close to zero sponsors and viewers. Where is the business model?
Even if LIV destroyed the PGA Tour and it was the only game in town existing PGA Tour sponsors have shown they are reluctant to fund the cost of the 'Elevated Events' so why should they fund LIV events with bigger prize funds? Where is the business model?
Money is being thrown about and there appears to be no business model that makes it sustainable. All we get is 'growing the game'
    Explain.

  10. Your the bloody GOLF channel watch him free on LIV. Its this supercilious attitude to thinking everyone should be playing in America that has you here . Dry your eyes

  11. 99.9 % sure will not !!! and have not watched a minute of murder golf ! I know I won"t be missed (nobody watches now) they basically murdered golf for me to, rest in peace.

  12. When your business model is disrupted you can’t play catch up. The PGA tour has only one option, either join the future which is an elite global tour or die. When a big broadcaster signs LIV and one will it’s game over. You can’t stage a Ryder cup or a players championship without the top players. Rahm will field his new team with more defections then the PGA TOUR becomes a minor league.

  13. What if the Saudi's wanted to start their own pro football league and started buying up your favorite players off of your favorite team? Would you still be just as giddy about it?

  14. LIV takes all of the players … builds a more exciting product than the PGA tour has .. and starts a broadcast channel that doesn't put down and chastise players who are independent contractors from earning what they deserve or can get a in a free market. Sounds like Golf Channel is more worried about THEIR jobs .. and they should be

  15. For me the thing that makes tournament golf compelling is the pressure. Pressure on Friday afternoon to make the cut. Pressure on Sunday afternoon for contenders coming down the stretch with a chance to win. LIV golf is pressure free exhibition golf. Seems like lots of people like the LIV format but it is not for me.

  16. All the players who towed the PGA party lines to the public were then betrayed, so I guess now it's every man for himself.
Why we are hearing "It's no big deal" and "Nobody watches it" from certain quarters, to the rest of the world he is a legend and people will be watching him irrespective of where he plays, golf is not owned by the PGA, The players are the stars.
Also all Rahm's Major sponsors are 100% behind him, what does that tell you about future media deals for LIV.
Make no mistake LIV will get bigger and bigger, fuelled by all the negativity and disrespect it has been constantly getting from one corner. (it's a mountain of free publicity)

  17. LIV can only corral 48 players, so there will always be some really big names on the PGA, but it might over time seem like the minor leagues if LIV gets 30+ of the world's best.

  18. Rahm is a fat goof. And nobody cares (in the real world) about him or is family.

    The only thing scary about this…is Wagner’s moustache…lol…brutal! 2:36

  19. What a pair of softcocks .. PIF only want whats best for golf and PIF knows and the players know that a PGAT monopoly is not the answer. All will be fine.

  20. At this point if there is no PGA Tour, i will no longer have dreams or aspirations to be on the PGA Tour. Plain and simple as that. I'd rather just play the small tour and be good at that

  21. You're both sadly and pathetically missing the point! Let's be honest. Jon Rahm went to LIV STRICTLY FOR THE 600 MILLION. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING FOR ALL PRO GOLFERS IS MONEY! Don't believe any of that nonsense about loving the game and titles being the most important. You can always judge people by their actions. Rahm and other golf stars chose the LIV money over anything the PGA Tour had to offer – history, titles, fame, legacy, or loyalty. I'm happy for Rahm. How could anyone in their right mind turn down 600m! Money is the most important thing in this world for 99% of the people. They all have a price, a number, they will accept. More PGA stars will leave for LIV, I'm sure of it. This might be the end of the PGA Tour as we know it. That will be a deserving fate because of their greed that Michelson pointed out, and because they have tried to monopolize pro golf. From the beginning, LIV has had a right to exist and recruit players, who of their on free will join it. Also, all of that talk about Saudi money being blood money because of the Saudi human rights violations and political murders is hypocritical nonsense. Look at the war crimes and murder the USA is supporting with Israel's murderous genocide of Palestinian civilians in Gaza, for one clear example. USA money is blood money too. We live in a world where many corporations and companies make billions of dollars off of war and murder, or off of polluting the planet with smog and chemicals. So, all of the golf tours and professional sports are full of blood money. I don't like LIV's format or their loud music, but with all of that Saudi money involved it is here to stay. I do think we will soon see a merger of the two tours, because that will be the only way the PGA tour survives.

  22. This is a government destroying our country's entertainment. They only have money bc we had to go show them how to drill for oil or they would still look like Afghanistan. Biden puppet masters are destroying our country fast.
