  1. What’s up, man? I was happy when the Anaxes popped up but then I realized you’re bagging EVERYTHING lol.

Really enjoyed the vid as I’m a big zone fan. I was familiar with all the different molds and runs you showed. I was a Darkhorse roach putter for a while but have switched to the CT Luna. Still bagging a soft roach for scoobers though.

Way to represent Brisbane disc golf, man. Hope you snag that sponsorship!

  2. I've also been working on reducing the number of discs in my bag. Best advice is if you have multiple discs that are similar flight etc I would pull some out and play a round or two. If you find you can comfortably make do without those discs then you have your answer as to whether they need to be in your bag. Unless a course has a lot of water you shouldn't need to carry too many spares.

  3. As someone who was introduced to the sport by brodie and Paul, I too built my bag the same way you did. I’d watch Brodie’s and Paul’s in the bag videos and try to emulate their disc selections. As I’ve been playing more and more some things I learned and have been working on are…
    1. Angle control, throwing a neutral disc on a hyzer, flat and anhyzer angle can get it to go left, straight, and right.
    2. Distance control, I’ve recently removed os mid from my bag. If I want an os fight I’ll either power up on a zone or power down on a raptor.
    3. Course dependent bag, my bag stays relatively the same, but depending on the course I will add/remove discs to accommodate the shots needed. This will also allow you to throw all your discs without having to carry all of them all the time.
Having less discs also helps with decision making and shot selection. Since swapping from my grip a series bag to the grip b series bag, I feel like my decision making has been much easier and I can focus more on executing the shot rather than trying to decide what disc to throw.

  4. Try different discs out and don't bag so many discraft discs and try different manufacturers in the disc golf game

  5. I would recommend a path finder for your 5 5 0 1 disc a ghost honey bee for your woods shot then a up link or Hex in fission plastic for your straight disc then a dx sting ray or a wolf for your hard/ fading left disc then a caiman or a stig or a crave for your far midrange shot then fairway i would try a kraken disc Terra disc essence disc stag disc a bear disc and then for your 9 speed fairway drivers a Valkyrie disc a saint disc a kastaplast fairway driver then for your drivers is a grym from kastaplast a wild honey a wraith a star boss for your big overstable driver then a term disc or a mamba for your flippy driver but ya try some new discs out outside of discraft discs

  6. Then try a overstable midrange middy from Lonestar alpha or bravo plastic then try a dga quake then try a overstable putt and approach disc harp harpoon pig jarn envy and some other ones then a putt and approach disc proxy, aviar, dart, pure, then some other ones then a 1 speed armadillo disc berg disc sonic disc birdie disc then a hydrogen loft and if u love your roaches for putting keep them if not then try a link, guard, deputy, steady, warden, judge, rainmaker, and some other ones but if u love your roaches keep them
