  1. OMG!! Rick I'm flying out to Oz from the UK next week & I'm playing Hamilton Island on the 21st November!!!! hearing you say this has just absolutely made my day!!!!!!!

  2. Funny, was in Airlie Beach recently contemplating a round of golf on Hamilton Island. Googled the course and came across your old video on the Hamilton Island. 👌

  3. Guys, as a Northumbrian I can tell you for certain there is NO GOOD GOLF in Northumberland so no need to all come play here! Honestly, don't come here it's no good and make sure you tell everyone its's no good. Cheers!

  4. Golf is tooo dam expensive… my home course in long island is spring lake an its $100 with cart on weekends an 75 with cart weekdays… its a beautiful course… just tooo dam expensive

  5. I LOVE odd/different golf swings. For me, Jim Furyk's swing is the most graceful beautiful swing I have ever seen. Yeh you can appreciate the perfect "classic swing", but if you have a funky swing and still crush it, that for me is perfection.

  6. I live in Alnwick which isn't far from Dunstanburgh. I used to be a member there, its an awesome course and for the price, excellent. It gets very busy with visitors, especially in the winter, when other courses are a soggy mess or closed. There are some very good courses not far from Dunstanburgh. Alnmouth Foxton, Bamburgh Castle, and Goswick Links. All are great courses with the cost of green fees still being reasonable, Goswick is probably the most expensive at around £100.

  7. Regarding the value for money chat, the course that I play at is only £9 for a round! It's not the best quality course but you can't beat 50p per hole for value. It's Millfield Golf Club in Laughterton (Lincolnshire) and I reckon it would make a cracking Break 75 episode!

  8. What Guy said at 45.00 is a point we discuss regularly amongst my playing group at our club. We're mid-high handicappers and we often win our club Texas Scrambles comps and we put it down to this. 4x mid-high handicappers are much more likely to hit shots they can't always replicate than a low handicapper is to play out of their skin and hit shots they don't often hit. We think if there was a maximum team handicap in the scramble comps it would help this but we're often thought of as bandits because of this even though all of our handicaps are accurate.

  9. A putter fitting? What in tarnation? A putting lesson makes sense but like a putter fitting? Na fam I equally suck with all putter lol

  10. You can't force kids to wear ManU red. I get not allowing the arch rival, City. Give them hope. Let them support Spurs, instead.

  11. I didnt realize you havent paid green fees in years especially after you made the astute observation that you judge a course differently when you've paid actual money(like every person besides celebrities has to do). It seems like one of those cases where you should pay regardless of wether they want you to or not so that your actually evaluating a courses value/quality and not being swayed by subconscious biases due to preferential treatment. A bit taken aback by this revelation.

  12. I know the area well and it’s worth three hours drive from anywhere. I stayed nearby for a week when I was 16 (a long time ago). I bought a one week junior pass for unlimited golf and played a couple of times a day. It was £8 for the week and worth every penny.

  13. i think a good golfer with a bad swing is infuriating to some people. Like how can that result be that good with a swing that looks like that. Like when a ferrari is beaten in a drag race by some dodge hellcat. its just infuriating LOL

  14. Those complaining about a bad swing from someone shooting par… What a bunch of losers.

  15. My local golf club has a Trackman driving range where you can calibrate the shots to adjust as if you were hitting a ProV1 and also if there were no wind/rain etc. So the tech is definitely there
