In ball carrying stats were the only club with two players in tue top 10 plus Bissouma is 11th – our system last couple seasons hasn’t got beat out of the squad of players we have while now playing system suits players – plus as you mention our defence now is solid while we’ve all known the players we had just weren’t good enough
Irriplacable HK your having a laugh, since he left we are a team the dressing room is happy. He was a great goal scorer but it was always the HK show. It maddened me that he took direct free kicks and was crap at them in his quest for more goals, I believe he scored one goal in over 60 attempts.
9:40 I always thought DeGea was a lousy stopper with many howlers.
How good to hear from fabrizio this guy knows the market back to front one of the few opinions that matters on transfers
SMH another Spurs fans whining about Ange throwing oops I mean loosing the mikey mouse cup.
He knows Spurs have no depth and will not win with injuries to 6 irresplacable players
He knows Spurs will be shit if they played two games a week and with no Europe they have an advantage
If Spurs are leading in January they have a good shot at winning and Ange will throw the FA cup for the same reason he threw the other farm animal cup.
Spurs fans dream of long runs in the cups and getting top 4. Ange is a winner. 2nd is last. Ange can go for the treble when the squad is ready. It's not ready now.
Conte was unlucky he had loads of injuries, a World Cup in the middle of the season, lost three good friends and had a serious illness of his own. He played the way he did because of the crap defenders he had, I think with this team we have now Conte would have taken us further on. Fans forget he got us into the CL, last season Dier & Son played with injuries, Conte was not backed he got two players.
With Australia he switched to a 3 4 2 1 (he was criticised for doing that) because Australia had more decent midfielders than backs but the players have said the formation is just a starting point. Ange studies the oposition and plans strategies for each team they play. Ange talked Tim Cahill out of retiring and subbed him on as a striker. That was done because he wanted Cahills professionalism as an example for the many young players he promoted (he was criticised for that) and to have a quality finisher in front of goal.
As always Levy will derail the plan.
These guys are clowns. Are the guys talking wanting to demonstrate CRT effects? The VAR error was not an offside mistake, it was a communication error. That needs to be fixed. Without The goal would have still been denied without VAR. Other sports can use VAR effectively so EPL needs to fix the process. Best way to avoid this happening is VAR direct to screen either 'offside' or 'not offside' then the ref is clear even if the stadium is noisy. They can do it in other sports. The girl who spoke after the clowns actually knows it's a communication error.
A lot of people are not giving Ange credit in his coaching skills .Hes got them doing lots and lots of 5 a side and 3 aside and passing in triangles .They don t seem to use the full pitch much ,So there doing lots of one touch exercises ,,And you can see the results only after 5 months in the tight passing under pressure to put the pressure back on the opponents
Tottenham will struggle once VDV or Romero get injured. Hopefully we get a good CB in the jan window
Let's be real. Everyone saying they're not going to win the premier league. Leicester won the premier league from promotion. Ange doing it in his first year will be nothing new to him. he wins everywhere he goes. He's one of a kind, and everyone is slowly finding out. It's certainly possible. I think they'll finish top 3.
Son is the big part of the reason the dressing room has strong bond that provides good environment for coach to manage..
Number One, Number One, England, England's Number One! Paul Robinson is a legend! Also spot on, with the two previous manager they just got it the wrong way round, too defensive and allowed other teams to play their game hoping to get a break. Over time that's obviously going to disenfranchise the fans, remember Dele quite rightly complaining in the Amazon documentary 'all we do is defend '. Dele knew it was the wrong way to do things definitely not the Spurs way! Big Ange is doing the club proud! We've got our Tottenham back! COYS
Ange Postecoglou was never six choice manager. He was always one of the few top choices and the media are completely wrong when it came to the manager choice.
Everyone seems to forget that if Harry had stayed he wouldn't be playing with the likes of Maddison Van de Ven and Johnson .. Spurs wouldn't have had £105M to spend on new players. If Harry had stayed he'd still be playing with the likes of Eric Dier.
Honestly, I don't understand why everyone, including Tottenham fans, dismiss Tottenham as legitimate league contenders.
They're second on the table, for God's sake. They haven't played City yet (who were just beaten – they're human, after all). Who's to say what is possible and what isn't? The matches haven't been played yet.
Yes, they need more depth. I'm sure that's on Ange's January shopping list. Wait until you see what the Big Man cooks up with another transfer window or two.
I'm a Celtic fan. I'm not in the least surprised by how Spurs are playing – although I confess they're higher on the table than I anticipated they would be by now. I assure you – Ange did not take the job just to roll over to Man City like a ten peso wh0re. He won't rest until critics and pundits who said it would never happen at Spurs, are dining on crow.
Go get 'em, Big Ange. We still love you in Glasgow.
3 1 2 1 3 formation
Ange said once in Australia that his philosophy is we are going to win the competition, it’s up to someone else to stop us
VAR should officiate every time and whenever a ball goes into a net, no matter how, clear and simple. It is the integrity of the net that is at issue.
Top of the league ❤
If Ange had arrived last year would Kane be still at Spurs?
So how come you know he was 6th choice, just crap speculation unless you have facts. I think not.
10:30 Well said Robbo….Two words, One name… Pat Jennings
I think Fabrizio has cloud storage for his memory.
It's NOT a PLAY. Football does not have plays.
all these wanna be journalists/you tube stars really do talk utter bollocks, but hey, they've got to fill up there shows with something.. When it comes to Spurs, they've had a good start, but our squad isn't good enough, first eleven, pretty competitive, but consistency comes from when you have injuries and have to rotate.. Our replacements are not good enough, and for Ange Spurs is step up in jobs/career so guess he accepted the usual terms from that spineless useless weasel Levy… We sold Kane £85mill, bought one player for £40 mill, fans as usual, being conned and rinsed.. Club has no ambition, everyone can get off about the world class stadium/training ground but there's not the same ambition for the football team. The ground was built so ENIC can be a sports/entertainment company, it's more about concerts/boxing and other events… None of the extra revenue is being used to make the football team really competitive
Criminally underrated goalkeeper.
