No it won’t lol. He missed the playoffs twice, lost the 1st round, barely won the play in game and benefitted from Covid to allow Davis to heal

Hate to break this to you Doug, but many Laker fans will never accept him no matter what he does, and with not going to the playoffs twice and getting bounced in the first round once doesn't help his case. The media always glosses over this dudes failures.

Oh come on man, LeBron is the best player to ever play for the franchise and he's won a title for them. Pelinka is at fault for trading for Russ and ruining the last two seasons, of course LeBron thought he could win with Russ, he's LeBron. It's Rob's job to listen to LeBron but understand a player like him is going to think he can win with anyone, that is part of what makes him great.

The problem with Lebron is he comes off as if he's bigger than the Lakers franchise. Probably not his fault because every other stop he's had, the franchises/cities were desperate for a title so essentially he was. The Lakers having won 16, nobody is bigger than the franchise. Kobe basically sacrificed the rest of his career trying to get the Lakers into playoffs. Lebron out here not playing back to backs, sitting out with "soreness". trying to prolong his career long enough so he can one day play with his son. People in Cleveland or Miami might sign up for that but not LA.

2022 I completely agreed this was a horrible season the worst season
2023 made the trade are actually fun to watch plus made the playoffs. When everyone counted them out for good reasons.
