Hi I’m Rick Shiels, welcome to my channel RickShielsPGAGolf. This YouTube channel is designed to help you play better golf, also to help you enjoy your golf more!
I specialise in golf club reviews, golf club unboxing, golf club news, golf club head to heads, and all about golf clubs.
I also want to make you play better golf by providing coaching video on all topics about golf, how to fix your slice, fix your hook, help you drive the golf ball longer, hit your irons more pure, hit your irons closer to the hole and help you draw and fade your golf shots.
I will also help you lower your score by chipping better by stopping you duff and thin chips, pitch the ball closer and also create backspin. Also I will provide you help to putt better and hole more putts!

Could you check the difference between the G2 vs G430 that I think would be closer.
Rick , how about doing the same test with somebody with a slower (Senior) swing speed? Does the yard per year equation still hold or is it half a yard per year?

I did this… 190 yds vs 375 yds. I highly recommend the PING TISI 😅
I still use my extra stiff 7 degree tisi driver. Beast.
After seeing these stats i think i should try the new gen drivers. I just love the tisi sound. And my 7 deg tisi still gets me 300plus. But the new gen maybe worth a go.
So not insane amounts of difference.
No difference. If you know how to hit the ball you will hot fairways with any driver.
I have a King Cobra TI driver, it's the size of a current 3 wood. I was amazed how well I hit it though. I was average of 280 with a nice draw and actually started playing it over my Cobra F6+. It really helped me hone my skills with the driver.
Did you use the same shaft? Shaft technology has come a long ways. Be curious to see that test

I loved the isi driver. I hit it about 300. Now I hit the new ones about 280.
In Australian they retailed at $1,100. I had the driver and still have the 3 wood stored away. Great clubs for their time.

It comes down after playing golf for 30 years can on your down swing make solid contact. If you cannot do this a $5000.00 driver is worthless.
What is hit golf? Why the name change from Rick shiels golf – to me the name recognition is better than hit
Should still be the maximum driver head size (not a dinner plate on a shaft)
Wasn’t cheap when it came out I remember sure they was £350 plus 25 year ago😊
So the “newest” driver will get you about 1 yard distance per year… so in about 20 years when I lose 20 yards distance , I’ll still be shanking it left 220 yards 😂😅
