  1. Rory was on a mission this time around. Kuddos to Sam Burns for bringing his match down to 17 on Sunday, there was no stopping the Ulster express.

  2. I have always been a Rory fan and I guess I still am along with most of the US golf fans however, Rory had better be careful. He has enjoyed for the most part a very supportive US fan base while he is playing on the PGA Tour which it appears he has been taking somewhat for granted. Biting the hand that feeds you has never really been a good idea. I get it he identifies with the players from Europe and feels a kinship with them, that is great. But, I believe he is getting just a little too in the face of the US golf fans with that relationship. Sure celebrate, but do it with some class and sportsmanship and also control your temper when a caddie gets a bit over the top with his celebration.

  3. Not in my name – a man bankrolled by his girlfriend when a struggling amateur an as soon as he achieved fame and a sniff of the barmaids apron – dumped her – which is why his mum and dad were not there – the terd!

  4. Tbh, I think McIlroy has been a bit overestimated at the Ryder Cups, but this year he was outstanding. Just look at how many times he has carded birdies and eagles.

  5. Funny how good Rory is striking his irons and drives but when the masters comes around he plays way to safe and always doesn’t attack the pins the first two days or his putting is trash. Love Rory but he needs to play masters like he is at the ryders cup
