Horrible call in the playoffs, but it is still obvious what happened, reaves was the last man in to the scrum so he got penalized which is a very common call in hockey lol. This shouldn't be called in the playoffs though when hockey is at its roughest and chippiest with scrums happening every whistle. Im not sure what the standard is during these playoffs and I don't think the refs do either lol.

Technically the ref is correct in terms of roughing call, only thing wrong was the player but he did get the call right.
