  3. My family keeps a 1 cup measurement cup in our rice bin and I accidentally poured a 100 pounds of rice on top of it. So I had to dig hard for it and realized my forearms got really pumped. I workout casually and do forearms time to time but this was something else. 😅

  4. As a kid, the only one getting bigger forearms will be my mom beating my a$$ for fondling her rice in a bucket.

  5. As somebody with EDS, i.e., Ehler-Danlos syndrome, i.e., "hypermobility", i.e.,

    as a medical patient that will have multiple fingers come out of place while doing their hand, or a wrist come loose because they opened a door,

    and as somebody that's been trying to do PT regardless of what any God or a creator might think,
