My family keeps a 1 cup measurement cup in our rice bin and I accidentally poured a 100 pounds of rice on top of it. So I had to dig hard for it and realized my forearms got really pumped. I workout casually and do forearms time to time but this was something else. 😅
As a kid, the only one getting bigger forearms will be my mom beating my a$$ for fondling her rice in a bucket.
