  1. A smart, astute young lady. Always engaging in interviews, with intelligent, thoughtful answers. Great to see how much she's improved since Wimbledon.

  2. Coco is growing into a phenomenal player. But still more impressive is how she handles all the interviews, she is so well spoken and seems to very honest and is humble in answering the questions.

  3. Cori is an amazing role model in the world where we struggle to find any. A slight side track and a sad observation about Iga Swiatek; if only she was born in a Western European country like England, France or Germany, she would've been on the cover of every magazine, invited to a movie premieres as well as having a cameo roles in films and tv shows. Sometimes, the 'inability' of noticing her by CNN, BBC etc is getting a bit offensive. I had a motion capture / modeling experience and I remember when sending out my resume and headshots, everyone was very keen to work with me… until they saw my last name and assumed some preconceived notions about me. PS. You almost saw me as the face of Leon in those new Resident Evil games 🙂

  4. You can tell when a Black athlete is about to make strides and is on the path to greatness. The hate just comes out the woodwork and it's the usual suspects. To all Black athletes in this country continue to persevere. They can never hold us down. Our spirits are unsuppressible and they know this already

  5. Coco is going places, especially now that she's finally recently beaten Iga Swiatek. She's very physically fit and also super smart which is a lethal combination in any sport.

  7. Someone tell Mary Carillo to stop comparing golf to tennis as a sport. Golf is a GAME & Tennis, Football, Baseball are sports

  8. Coco has really made a leap this year. She may actually become the sensation, the US audience has been trying to make her for years😂.

  9. Phenomenal Coco always full of wisdom. Such a highly aware individual. Love her joy. Keep on shining Coco.

  10. Congratulations Mom and Dad!! Your daughter, will one day teach, a Master Class, in Tennis!

  11. It’s awesome the support for black American tennis players these days. Would absolutely love seeing that for native Americans- be fantastic to see native Americans being supported in sports.

  12. David Dinkins, RIP, former Mayor of NYC was an Advent tennis player who had tennis courts set up near the Yankee Stadium and very near where the new Yankee stadium was erected now; l would secretly marvel at reading storys of hm playing tennis…l mean a black man playing tennis, in those days; to me, after Arthur Ashe, he was very promotive/explosive 🧨; very supportive of the tennis dichotomy/ecology.
