Ridiculously windy conditions, which is probably the norm there considering it’s next to the ocean. And near pro level green speeds (probably not all the way there since it wasn’t a legit PGA event being played). Considering that, I’d say all the guys managed to play pretty well. I’d be ecstatic to break 90 in those conditions lol. Steve’s score is probably what the majority of average golfers would score there even without those conditions.
