I will say this much. The hats are some of the best I have ever used. The sweat stain just showed up after a solid dozen rounds of golf in it.

I know this sounds dumb, but putting a hat with sweat stains in the top rack of your dishwasher works really well to remove them. And it doesn’t hurt the structure like a washing machine would
Dawn dish soap, baking soda, water. I like to use a toothbrush and scrub out the sweat stains. Doesn’t take more than 2-3 min
I usually hand wash them with a cleaner called dreft and then I hang drain them on my shower head to maintain the shape.
