took those guys 26+ events to even pass Brooks. the Ryder Cup is way older than the PGA tour and if they want to make this PGA tour only, so be it, but then it isnt anything more than a pga exhibition event, not US vs Euro' best.
None are getting picked unless Tiger OK’s it.

I won't be watching the Ryder Cup if Brooks Koepka isn't on the the US Team. It's just stupid golf politics if they don't select him for the team.
I think Brooks will be picked. It’s hard not to given his popularity with fans and the grit he showed at the majors this year. I think he will be the only one. Bryson’s name was on the law suit. Phil is dead to them. DJ arguably didn’t play well enough in the majors. Patrick Reid epitomises toxicity in human form.
Zach Johnson doesn’t have the balls to pick a LIV golfer. He’ll only pick the 6 cool guys.

I don't care to much either way if they pick LIV players because they haven't given LIV players a clear path in. If you pick Brooks you most likely should consider a couple of others who are playing well near the top. Hopefully next year they will give them a clear path to qualify which will hopefully mean they have sorted out the owgr and players know what they have to do. For now it is just to political and even if USA pick LIV players they will be playing against Europe who won't include LIV players.
Leave the politics the hell out of golf. The United States of America has killed more innocent civilians in the past 3 decades than any other country. Dropping bombs like chicklets on innocent people.

Pga tour is a joke and boring
Off topic, but I just clicked on Golf Channel's website, and once again they take every opportunity to denigrate Phil. Giant photo of his past gambling partner near the top of the page. How big a photo did Bryson get for shooting 58? What a joke they have become – they're almost literally dripping with hate and pettiness. Journalism is non-existent.
If JT gets in, it's because of Tiger's influence. There is no evidence to warrant a pick. Lucas should get in. Brooks also deserves a spot. Basically played 4 majors and still almost got an auto pick. That is a feat in and of itself.
I do believe players from LIV should play regardless of how the little events they play. They should have LIV vs PGA frequently as well. And make these matches worth some FedEx Cup points but a minuscule amount.

The PGA is getting very close to engaging in banning and that doesn't work all that well with media these days. If we don't put the best American players out there, many Americans will be rooting for the European team and or not watching all. Likely both.
Here is why I won't watch. This is just PGA tour players playing match play. The continent vs continent is truly non existent. Most European players don't support the dp world tour. Did Rory play the Irish open?
All this because people changed employers. Brooks should be on this team.
Koepka is the only LIV player who has a snowball’s chance in hell of making the US team. And that’s because he’s gobbled up his easy cash quietly.
And please, while I agree with Hahn that Glover should be picked, when is this guy going to realize that nobody gives a flying flip at a rolling donut what James Hahn thinks about anything. That dude is lucky he can make a great living playing a game. Not one person outside of Hahn’s family and friends has ever paid a dime to watch him play golf. This “voice of the tour journeyman” routine is getting very stale, indeed.
If JT gets in and Koepka doesn’t that’s a joke!!
