  2. but how do you reach this formy in doing bodyweight squats rn and try to get lower with a neutral spine everytime, is that enough?

  5. The left side looks like it’s slightly winking, but her right side is insanely stable…if anyone is wondering why it’s not perfect

  6. Also, ass to grass, and a pause at the bottom, so no stretch reflex to bounce the weight up. Building strength that way.

  7. From a hypertrophic standpoint it is not an ideal squat. Only one thing about it is an issue. And it’s her resting calf to ham at the bottom. She’s losing loads of quad tension by doing so and actually reducing effectiveness of what a pause rep should be. Otherwise she’s perfect

  8. Actually there is thousands of articles and trials of evidence having your knees further out than your toes will cause damage to your knees. Just cause you dont feel it now dont mean you wont 20 years later.

  9. Isnt she going WAY TOO LOW ? I’ve never seen this for a squat and would have gotten yelled at for doing it like this

Knee going way over the toes it IS more stressing in the knee joint, specially the back of the knee cap, potentially degrading the cartilage protection in that area, triggering a degenerative process. Not today, or even tomorrow, but when it hurt the most, in elder years. Can be done… its not guarantee of an injury, but increase the chances of happening one.

  11. I'm legitimately envious of her mobility. I'm sick of my back and hips hurting all the fucking time.

  12. I feel like her squat depth is a Lil too low because if you squat that low while hitting a pr it can cause tension on the knee caps atleast from my personal experience
