  8. i have bad upper body genetics (i literally look exactly like the mf you showed off describing bad genetics) but incredible lower body genes, I just started working out and have 28 inch quads and 18 inch calves. My legs are off the charts, been focusing on them too much lately though and I've started to try and make some upper body progress
