The calm way he carried himself was the scariest quality. He was skilled in all aspects of MMA. He was my favorite fighter. He showed genuine respect for the sport and the opponent. I’m not sure if he was more classy or skilled. Either way it was a high moment for the sport when he reigned atop the competition.

Sorry but in the Dana vs Fedor feud I trust Fedor. I do not doubt that Dana offered Fedor a lot of money, sure. But I think he pisses off Fedor by the way he spoke to him. Dana does have the tendency of speaking loud and in a passionate manner and he could have said things which got lost in translation. Fedor probably saw Dana as an aggressive, disrespectful American. Since Fedor is a nice and soft spoken guy he likely did not like Dana’s attitude and simply told him “No”

Fedor was asking for too much. Affliction and Strikeforce paid him and they don't exist anymore.
dana says he never faced real competition yet he beat a hand full of guys in pride that went onto become UFC heavy weight champions so theres lie number 1 Dana. Pride had the best fighters in the early to mid 2000s.
