Where’s my swing gone? Is that a question you sometimes ask yourself? Chris Henry and Tom Blanckaert give you the answer and explain in this video that the swing is not gone, there is a connection lost in your brain because you focus on the wrong things during your golf swing. Let the mechanics to their job, controlled by the subconscious brain. Only think about the spot you want the golf ball to finish with your conscious brain.

Outstanding lesson! I played one of my best rounds of golf last Thursday. I went to the range yesterday, and totally lost my swing and the more I focused on my technique the worse I got… I’m going back to the range today and just going to think about putting the ball out there and let my subconscious habit take over. Wish me luck. 😊
Tom, this was an excellent video to show the reason a swing may falter! When I'm on the golf course my #1 focus is on where I want the ball to go, whether it be my drive, fairway shots, approach shots, etc. That's primary! My secondary focus is on the ball to get it to the #1 focus. Amazing analogy by Chris Henry! Everyone should use this to their benefit. Well done Tom by you and Chris!
