LIV is by far and away the best thing to happen to golf in over 60 years and guys like Norman and Mickelson should be given the praise they deserve in being pioneers to see the advantages to world golf.
The teams representing different countries are such a great idea and we all know how big it was in Australia, a country that has been starved of good golf for years.
And praise should also be given to Cam Smith for seeing what LIV golf could do downunder.
The way the players, caddies and families are treated and the fans who love being part of it around the world – the PGA has plenty to learn from LIV in only the past 12 months, it beggars belief how badly the PGA have run their tournaments over so many years.
In the end it has all come down to money not ideas and that’s a real shame.
The LIV production has been second to none and if you want an example and comparison, picture a music concert without lights and effects – that’s what LIV brings to golf – excitement and ideas that many people around the world like.
We all love watching something that looks like they are presenting a good and exciting product.
Also the quality of LIV golf is amazing when you can see such great names in golf playing together on a regular basis representing themselves and their countries is so good to watch.
And the fools who bagged them then had to eat their words seeing the LIV guys doing so well at the majors.
LIV is a winner and if this new merger and management break up LIV due to pettiness and some players needing to have their noses and bums wiped. So much the worse for the game of golf.
We all “LIV” by our decisions and I’m afraid to say that a lot of sports people are not known for their business decisions, so well done the guys who saw what LIV had to offer and made the change.
The ones who stayed behind are now left looking like little children who lost their marbles, I could mention one name in particular, but I won’t.
Learn from LIV so the game moves forward and get people like Rory and Rahm on the LIV teams to create even more interest around the world. That is the direction the game should be heading – and I’m sure there will still be plenty of quality players who play in the USA, just organize the tournaments so the players don’t burn out – which is another good LIV idea.
If you don’t learn from your mistakes, then you’re just a fool and I have to say that Jay Monahan is a fool, liar and hypocrite and should not be part of this merger, he is the one who has to go if golf is to move forward, not Norman.
Taylor Gooch is playing kind blowing golf. Yet scoring no world ranking points. This will be fixed in years to come but this guy should be in majors NOW

Great game.
Goes to show even if you run a plane into a countries twin towers you can still buyout a lucrative sport franchise. #moneyisallthatmatters
