If you’re falling backwards at impact it’s almost certainly a weight shift issue. It’s called a reverse pivot. The first thing I’d check is if your weight is on the front foot at the top of your backswing instead of on the inside of your back leg. That’s usually the issue but not always.
If it is, you’re probably not doing a real shoulder turn and are just picking it up with your arms
