  2. No way they showed Affleck doing weighted pullups, benching and squatting in the movie but didn't have anything remotely as stimulating IRL…

  3. It's weird cause in the movie he does pull ups and flips a tractor tire and some shit with chains. None of this stuff.

  6. Don’t listen to Dr. Mike guys, I started doing exclusively lateral lu- I mean drop sits with that interpretive dance movement and have added 30 lbs of lean tissue and became a black belt in every form of martial arts

  7. This makes perfect sense. If you watch the film Ben looks ripped, except there's a few frames where they haven't CGI'd his abs and you actually see he's got a considerable belly and no muscle definition of any kind. He just did a dirty bulk like Tom Hardy for Bane with the exception of massive CGI muscles added in during his "training segment". Which checks out since this training did absolutely nothing for him.

  8. This is surely the most super-comedic and BS-busting channel of all time. I have been following Mr. Mike for literally aeons, and I can't help cracking up as soon as his face appears on screen. Superhuman entertainment and a proper takedown of Hollywood FU-@&-ERY! Dr. Mike aces it again.

    So I’ve seen now several of your videos (Today is my first day Watching You)
    However I’ve noticed your Perspective/World View on training seems like “Only BodyBuilding”

    Out of the 6 videos so far that I’ve seen, in only 1 video and for about 30sec you talked about “Dynamic” training.

    Here’s the question——
    For athletes (Baseball, Basketball,Tennis etc…)
    Body Building style of training doesn’t work, so how else would an athlete train if not ‘Multi-Planar’ or ‘Functional’ Training?

    Looks as if you hate that style of training.
    (Keep in mind I’ve only seen 6 videos; you might have a whole playlist of it, I don’t know)

  11. Some of those full body film suites can weigh anywhere from 25lbs and up. There have been some that are known for being around 50lbs.

  12. That 1st exercise was so extremely stupid/silly, and it should tell everyone that Magnus is extremely far from being the good trainer that many think he is.
    They will get the greatest benefits from his doping dealer and not from his training.
    I am convinced that most people living in the Hollywood area have an IQ much lower than the national average.
    They must fall for his Swedish accent and think he must be amazing because of that.
