Don Peterson, the Iron Horse Golf Academy director, welcomes you to the Iron Horse Golf Club and shares a putting tip to get your season off to a good start. He talks about face control and how to improve it by using either the left or right hand to control the face of the putter. Don suggests practicing with short putts first, using just one hand and developing the feeling of face control, then adding both hands to the club. He also explains his preference for a shoulders-rocking motion rather than a wrist or shoulder-joint movement when putting. With this tip, Don hopes to help you improve your putting accuracy and speed control. Practice, practice, practice!
