Sir I am suffering for lower back discomfort for last 7 years due to disc bulge l4 l5 and S1.I hurt myself almost 12 years ago while lifting heavy object.I have done several times physiotherapy.but not much comfort.From your video i can see a ray of hope and sir if if you can suggest right kind of exercise I shall be highly gratefull

  2. This short video is good, but it would have been more gr8 if these poses were shown with an emphasis of 2-3 seconds on each pose so that it would be much more easy to understanding, just an opinion.
