Idk if it is appropriate to ask to for help, sorry in advance. My newest issue is when i compress the ball it goes about 25 plus yards further than normally. I miss hitting my PW 105yards. Do i go back or do i keep compressing irons and adjust to the new distances?

tape on the face of the club works too… but this may be a bit quicker and cheaper to do…
