The action at The Los Angeles Country Club heated up on Friday along with the weather. Wyndham Clark jumped into a lead during the afternoon window, but Rickie Fowler had the last word, continuing his impressive stretch of play to begin the 2023 U.S. Open. Fowler carded a 68 to go along with his 62 on Thursday and is alone in first place going into the weekend.

The USGA is a nonprofit organization that celebrates, serves and advances the game of golf. Founded in 1894, we conduct many of golf’s premier professional and amateur championships, including the U.S. Open and U.S. Women’s Open. With The R&A, we govern the sport via a global set of playing, equipment, handicapping and amateur status rules. The USGA campus in Liberty Corner, New Jersey, is home to the Association’s Research and Test Center, where science and innovation are fueling a healthy and sustainable game for the future. The campus is also home to the USGA Golf Museum, where we honor the game by curating the world’s most comprehensive archive of golf artifacts. To learn more, visit https://www.usga.org.

Where’s the individual Rory highlight video of round 2 ? 🤨
43min… you guys are God's!
Every year this channel and the Masters channel make the best highlights videos.
USGA giving the people what they want! 43 MINUTES!?
Charley Hoffman looks great…like he's lost a bunch of weight.
Why aren’t the caddies replacing the divots?
Cmon Rickie, fan since 2009! Keep that confidence
More, more ,more of this please. Commerce unfortunately declines viewing in Europe.
As a fan from Sweden with a nine hour time difference to California, all I wanna say is thank you to the USGA for the amazing higlight reel!
George Thomas design just makes it a more interesting game, they aren't aiming for these bunkers, the contours of these greens are fun to watch them navigate. Kudos to the USGA
The most insane US Open I have ever seen the amount of holes in one, eagles, chip ins and monster putts has been jaw dropping I am team Rory but I have to say I would love to see Ricky win this one,he is such an easy to watch golfer.
Fowler should try not to get the ball too close, he putts better from a distance it seems.
awful venue 0 atmosphere like watching golf when it was covid is there even anyone there ? this is a major as well
Had to turn off the commentary because of the engine sound from the blimp.
NBC and peacock are shitting down their leg with shit production quality. It’s awful
28:53 lol @ "what are you doing?" and Rickie's reaction!
These highlights are so much better than the PGA Championship
@ 36:06 who trips over the microphone on the Tee Box 😂
NO RUFF..WHAT A TERRIBLE US OPEN
This is clearly one of the softest U.S. Opens I've seen during my lifetime.
They talk about “as the architect intended”. Highly doubtful George Thomas intended grass to be this short and this fast. Terrible for pace of play and the game in general
This is better than watching the commercials every other minute
"Good Morning Vietnam"! From the HELLicopter
Is it just me or do all the LIV players look overweight?
