John Middlekauff is joined by @TheActionNetwork’s Jason Sobel to react to breaking news of the PGA Tour, LIV Golf, and DP World Tour merging. They discuss whether Phil Mickelson should feel vindicated, the players finding out about the news on Twitter, and whether LIV Golf CEO Greg Norman is out after he reportedly was left out of the negotiations.

  1. The biggest loser in this is Tiger Woods. You should have grabbed that bag of money. Think how many lap dances he could have purchased with that.

  2. Sobel and the PGA Tour media bag lickers who lectured us about morality got absolutely dunked on, balls to the face, today.

  3. It’s funny how people are still phrasing certain things. This interview they say “both sides have things they didn’t want to come out during litigation”. Then you listen to moralists like Rich Eisen say “the crown prince didn’t want to be disposed”. What a wild turn of events

  4. Sobel is a joke. The US government has been doing business with Saudi Arabia for 8 decades. The Saudis could buy Sobel with an empty oil can.

  5. What actually happened was instead of All PGA tour players leaving and taking LIV Money. The PGA Took The LIV Money from the Players that were left. Sad

  6. They had no choice… they were going to lose in court and at least now they have fat pockets🤷🏼‍♂️

  7. 3 words Department of Justice . Thats why this happened. PGAT was in big big big trouble.

  8. Youll have rosters on LIV for there league and then Elevated Events. Everyone else will have freedom to choose there season .

  9. You two have spoken the most sense about todays events and iv listen to most . Great show .

  10. The PGA Tour caved in like the ABA and WHA — when those leagues crawled like bankrupt losers to the NBA and NHL, respectively, to sign "merger terms" that they had zero input in writing.

  11. LIV is done at this point

Not sure you guys understand this

    It’s over

Question will will LIV guys have to pay large fines just to get back on your

Phil is going to have to go to Q school if he wants back on tour

    That’s a fact

He simply doesn’t have the OWGR points

  12. One and only one reason ….. MONEY !!!…Lots & Lots of money. PGA couldn't hang with the mega trillions of the Saudis/LIV. 100's of millions is bubble gum chump change for the bank behind LIV.
The average dude buying a donut at 7-11 **:LIV spending a 100 million to lure a premier golfer … same same.
PGA is an ant …LIV is an 800 lbs gorilla on your doorstep

  13. I just want to know what this does to the Ryder Cup ! The EU golf also merged but are LIV players allowed ?

  14. PGA was desperate because LIV was going to put them out of business. Country club rednecks thought they were untouchable but the Saudis put them in their place.

  15. Don't care much about golf, but people seem surprised by this. It was going to happen because of the money.

  16. Where is Tiger and Rory? They suddenly have nothing to say their soapbox has collapsed 😂

  17. If only Scheffler could putt from 4ft he would win every tournament he is dead last in putting stats.

  18. PGA tour is little biitches that caved to money instead of holding on to their principle.

  19. Jay Monahan is the hypocrite of the year. WOW! but he was ever since this began. Greg Norman should be taking the helm..kudos Greg on achieving your goal of 30 years.
