The beginning of the end was when Skip decided to take up for Tom Brady and tell Shannon Sharpe he was jealous of Tom Brady. I honstly would have punched Skip in his mouth if he said that to me. You could tell Shannon was hurt and didn't think Skip would take it there…but he did.
I am surprised with the notion that people are saying nobody wants to work with Skip. That's total BS. I agree that would apply for already established media members/personalities, but there are plenty of people (ex-players, HOFs, media personalities) that would view this as a great opportunity to gain experience and build their own brand.
I never understood why Pat always puts a split screen with him talking on the left. I mean no offense to the guy on the right but I don't think he's the grab for the show.
Skip Bayless has always been a favorite, but he crossed this line you don't come back from. Idk whether it's jealousy or whatnot, but the next day he didn't even apologize. I like Skip more than Shannon on debates, but that's no way to treat someone, regardless if you're the star of the show. I didn't expect for Shannon to forget, which is crazy to me, skip is telling Shannon he's no Tom Brady, Skip didn't even play professionally, Shannon is a HOFer, 3 time champion, now that i think of it, definitely jealousy. It's going to be hard replacing Shannon, and after that altercation, idk who is gonna want to be across skip.
I like skip and Shannon. But I don't think there's bad blood between them imo. Now I do remember the Brady thing. And I'm a Brady guy myself he's my favorite player and the goat. But skip was hurtful and disrespectful on that Brady episode thing. But I don't think that's why Shannon is leaving. I think it's simply because Shannon's podcast has gotten way bigger and better. He doesn't need anyone anymore and wants to just do his own thing imo. Because skip gets too much hate. He's a prick at times I agree. But skip is loyal and actually loves Shannon and respects him. That's why Stephen A has always spoke about the respect he has for skip. Because skip helped save Stephen As career. People would be Shocked to see how skip really is off the show. I've always heard he's a very humble laid back guy.

Im not a Shannon Sharpe fan by any stretch. Pacman was right, shoulda stuck by what he first said.
Stocks are pretty unstable at the moment, but if you do the right math, you should be just fine. Bloomberg and other finance media have been recording cases of folks gaining over 250k just in a matter of weeks/couple months, so I think there are a lot of wealth transfer in this downtime if you know where to look.
How did skip change sports media? What did he do so different? Nothing
