Growing up in the pavement Late Model racing scene, both Kevin Harvick and Rodney Childers found success on short tracks early in their careers. While their roles in racing have changed, their passion for the discipline of racing has stayed the same.

Join Kevin and Rodney as they begin their journey back to the short tracks to compete in CARS Tour Late Model Stock Car Events.

  1. Man, takes me back to the first time I ever saw Harvick race. It was at a Southwest Tour race at Cajon Speedway in 1994. Seems like a VERY long time ago.

  2. Thank you Rodney. Thank you. You are world class. You are one of the best crew chiefs in the garage. Thank you. I have been a huge Harvick fan for years now. You two are a perfect fit. Thank you. Rodney you will always be an inspiration to me. Thank you Kevin and thank you Rodney. Your commitment, I promise has changed my life and how I approach real life.

  3. Never really been a Harvick fan but he is a heck of a racer and means alot to Nascar, sure dad he is stepping away from cup! He is still pretty dang good! I've become a fan thru all these 4ever videos! Be cool to see Kelan coming up, he will be great! Now he has a late model! Way to go!

  4. I hope Ross Chastain can keep it clean tonight too, because he just might get a punch to the chin by a cars tour regular

  5. Seeing videos like this, whether it's Kyle vlogging Brex's career or Dale or Harvick doing documentary style videos like this. Makes me peak an interest at maybe running a car one day just to at least check it off the bucket list. Racing and especially stock car racing isn't as popular in my corner of Canada than say western Ontario or Alberta.
But I think it'd be fun to at least test or run a car in the local super late model series up here.

  6. Looking forward to watching Kevin race Keelan. Love the way Kevin keeps him grounded. He started saying he would win every race, now he’s back to “I’m learning”. Lap him pops.

This team is missed already. Rodney has been the one keeping Kevin grounded and mellowing him out. Yin & yang. Perfect team.

  7. Hey guys, this car looks like a stock car, instead of though TRANS-AM Road Race Cars they are running in the NATION ASSOCIATION "SPORT" CAR AUTOMOBILE RACING! It looked like it has a manual shifting transmission. I bet it even has a drive shaft and didn't cost $400,000.00 build, sorry I meant to say to buy. I will try to go to some of these races to watch Dale and Kevin.

  8. Look forward to seeing Rodney and Kevin at more LMS races next year. It’s been cool seeing Dale jr ,Kevin,Keelan, Kyle and Brexton at our local track

  9. Rodney you need to have fun, a great driver with Kevin ya know that the car is right just have fun guys life is to short to not enjoy yourselves.#62#4🤘🇺🇸🏁🇺🇸🏁👍

  10. I love that I can go see Harvick and Childers, as elbows up as they've been in years; at a Late Model Stock race! I'm glad Nascar is keeping it up, all the drivers I want to see will be driving RACECARS that put on great races. I'm glad to see the early retirements because the Cup cars are coffins and the racing they are promoting isn't necessarily safe either.

  11. This is just awesome, for all of you, and the folks who are encouraged by what you're doing

  12. Harvick is driving a #62 late-model
Keelan is driving a #62 ford on I-Racing
Both Kevin and Keelan have Hunt Brothers Pizza as the main sponsor…..
    Coincidence? I think not
