  1. With a throw style release how do you keep the club head from passing your hands.also how do you go about delofting the club and compress the ball with this release

  2. This release works well for many golfers who do not use rotation as there primary movement. They are handsy/feel players and normally when accomplished are very good with their irons, able to hit a variety of shots and outstanding short game. Driver swing may get a squirrelly at times. Holding the face off and using rotation is a powerful way to play golf, I am not convinced as golfers age people may lose the ability to activate enough fast twist muscles and have enough flexibility. Throw style is definitely old school as far as I am concerned. Butt underneath you, more upright posture with minimal knee flex are key. Shorter golfer will feel more upright than tall golfers. Definatly more than one way to get the job done. Great video.

  3. Not for me. I can see this working for specific people, just not me. But keeps me working and thinking. Thanks.

  4. Yeh I don’t know about this one Eric. Seems like this will promote a pull. I have to make sure my hands are in front at impact. I have 0 swing thoughts except ‘drive through the ball’.

  5. It makes a difference how your clubface moves in your particular swing. A shut clubface at the top golfer generally will have to hold on more through impact and past / a square or open face at the top golfer generally releases more with the right arm over the left.
