My name is Erich and I live in Italy welcome to my channel. I used to play golf on and off for many years, but I started my journey again about 8 years ago, changing my swing completely.

My goal is to become a single figure handicap golfer in the near future.

To achieve this goal, I built my own backyard putting green and set up a backyard golf net. I love playing in my backyard green, doing drills, club reviews and playing at the range and at the course to get better at the game and ultimately reach my goal (hopefully).

  1. Shaft choices are so impacting for sure. I have this with my clubs even as I've have my 2nd Pinhawk SL set (build and used in the USofA) with a different shaft. Driver would of course have more visible effects. Cool vid Erich. 🤘😎🤘

  2. Playing in the field doesn't lie. Your friend needs a swing coach more than a new shaft. If you slow down his swing at 2:15 (or any other one) you can plainly see his entire swing is wild and uncontrolled. He throws the club into the air with closed hips, and then almost tips over in his back swing. Then swings out of his shoes on the down swing. He's simply swinging "hard" but lacking direction and purpose. And unless you're on tour or PGA, quiet those legs down, it'll help him to feel the ground. No shade here, Erich, just an honest opinion based on what I just watched.
