Hi guys! It has been a long while since my last post here, I am sorry for that! The demand seemed to be more of Instagram vids but lately there have been some Pirate KungFu followers who have asked for more Youtube content so here you go.

Now when It is getting warmer I can be outside and exercise and the light is a little better then indoors. As you can see our yard is very messy and we got crap lying around all over the place. I will try to clean up tomorrow.

All my workouts starts with two things. First I will do a core warm up program for about 6 minutes and after that I will do dynamic stretching. Here is a routine that I normally do for my lower body. I do around 40 or 50 bounces on each stance. I start very soft and light and then progress deeper into the stretch.
