In this video, Adam goes over 3 simple lessons that will help you master your downswing. Adam is currently coaching NFL Pro Bowler, Jason Myers, to combat the dreaded early extension and a crossed hand path to the top of the swing. By doing these drills, you should feel the club remain on path longer, along with create more space in the downswing for your club to compress the ball.

  1. I am a Porzak golf video addict! Adam’s lessons have had a tremendously positive impact on my pathetic swing. Thanks guys!

  2. Fantastic video as always. One cheeky question if I can please. I struggle with re gripping at the start of the downswing, essentially gripping tighter as I prepare to hit, this closes the club face and gives me long left…😢 any tips?

  3. Great video. When I try to keep my right hip back in the downswing, it stalls out my rotation. What can I focus on as a cue to help me rotate hard through the downswing? Thanks!

  4. When I have my wrist flat at the top it physically hurts vs my normal cupped wrist. Anyone have this issue?

  5. Best instruction on youtube, nothing to say but thank you porzak golf, you deserve more subscribers

  6. A lot of stuff later in the video related to needing weight towards the back half of your feet (which I do comfortably I believe throughout the swing)
Am I ok doing this? You mention at the beginning, your weight should be on the front half of your feet. Note: I flair my left foot somewhat as it feels comfortable to me.

  7. I find this incredibly hard Adam. Can you discuss the arm structure in greater depth to keep them close to the body?

  8. 4:15 resinates. I remember a pro saying u wanna feel like ur trail knee is trying to stay behind ur lead knee…. Obvi it’s doesn't happen but it’s a great feel to try.
