The NEW 2023 Srixon ZX4 Mk2 Irons are Super impressive and Super Forgiving, but this time they look superb. BUT will more people play them?

These do look nice, looked at them yesterday.
I have a set of the original Srixon ZX4 irons 4-P. The new MK11 model looks even better, but I am okay with the original too.
I'm thinking of going into a combo set zx5 and zx7 or Mizuno 233 and 225
I am gaming these irons and I absolutely love them. Not clicky like some other GI irons, not buttery soft either but almost something in between like a muted click. What you can’t really show in the bay hitting off a mat is how well that sole works through the turf. Very forgiving as well and look great in the playing position and in the bag as well.
Lee do they feel and perform better than the Taylormade Sim 2 max?
Share the lofts on reviews?
Hi Lee sorry I’m a bit confused, you mentioned in your chasing scratch series you want your dynamic loft to be about 50% of the actual loft, ie a 32 degree 7 iron to present about 16 degree, but you say in this one you are after 20 degrees ish for a 7 iron? Although everyone’s swing is different what would you say is an optimum dynamic loft to aim for in a 7 iron buddy ?
Played Srixon irons for a few years now and at the moment playing the ZX5 irons from P-7 and use the ZU85 6 and 5 irons. Must admit the mk11 ZX4 irons look good and have great reviews, possibly replace the ZU85s with a couple of the ZX4 irons.
