So, to increase CHS, you can simply practise moving/swinging quicker. The general idea with power based exercises is to have intent to move as quickly as possible. However, if you are just starting out, I believe a good place to start is simply attempting to move a little bit quicker than normal.
Additional, I would recommend performing these outside, maybe when at the driving range after a warm up. Try 2x per week 2 sets of 5 reps for each of the club swings.
And as mentioned with throwing a ball for example, performing other activities which get you moving ‘quickly’ can be great for general health, wellbeing and golf.
