From a pure prospect evaluation point of view, putting aside the stuff everything that happened off the court. This kid just proved that he has that it factor mentality. To be a 20 year old kid and be going through what is undoubtedly one of the most stressful situations one can go through (wondering if he’s even going to even be a free man, and also having most of the national media calling for his head). He bounces back with the best game of his career and carries his team to a win after sending the game to OT and then hitting the game winner. This kid has the it factor.
I’m not saying that he should be playing. Also not saying that he shouldn’t be playing. Just looking at this from a pure skill evaluation standpoint.
He is filthy man. Will prob replace amen at #3
There’s no doubt that he’s an incredible basketball player. Some things are more important than sports. Not many. But some. And murder is one of them. The text message proves he had some idea of what was going down (“fakin” means his friends knew the other guy wasn’t a real threat, so self defense is out.). The parking of the car to block the victim from escaping the impending MURDER is an overt act, in addition to the overt act of bringing the gun.
Miller doesn’t deserve to breathe our air. Alabama fans are the scummiest slimiest human beings in the western hemisphere. FYI tide trash: Idgaf about your school, or the sec, or your odds of winning a title. Murder is murder. If he was given the death penalty, I’d be absolutely fine with it. Fuck Brandon Miller. Fuck Nate Oates. Fuck Sankey. And Fuck every fucking rat who’s defending this despicable shit. And if my beloved Rockets draft this vermin, I will openly root against them and try to destroy Rafael Stone and Tilman Fertita’s reputations in every way I can. This ain’t going away.
All he does is shoot 3s. Not an elite shot creator. Not buying the hype.
After watching this game again let me throw out a comp. At first I thought Miller was a better Carmelo but how about Jason Tatum coming out of Duke? Look at his physique and his stats although he was a year younger.
