  1. Thank you for this review. This iron was the one review I was most looking forward to from you because it is in the category I am considering purchasing. How would you compare it to the cobra t rail hybrid irons, especially when it comes to head weight? A light weight club is very appealing to me right now. Thank you

  2. Interesting move by Taylormade as new golfers and return golfers in later years want to hit something that gives them a more successful round. This is where the real revenue increase will come from. Wilson LP2 doing well once folks get used to the look.

  3. Perfect review. Exactly what I have been considering testing as well. 6-pw my regular Gen 5 set in bag. Then replace my current 5 iron w a cannon like this and perhaps even try graphite shaft to check numbers. If I could get just a little more firepower out of my 5 iron w added forgiveness and stopping power that’s going in the bag.

  4. Junk. TM irons fall apart after a few years. Everyone I know that used to use them since the RSI's came out, love them. Until the faces collapse and and they start losing 10 to 15 yards and you don't know why. So you think your swing is off when in reality it is just a shit club that broke. And the inserts fall out. The shafts are stabbed any ol way and they are junk out of the box unless you you put aligned shafts in them. Trust me, I used TM irons for years. Now I use Srixon. They are perfect out of the box. If you use the players or the GI's or even the Super GI's, they blow them out of the water for a lot less money. Then you have to also consider that TM has their clubs made in China. China wants to own you like they do their own people. Look how they locked their people down recently with the new flu that is going around. They literally locked them in their homes and many starved. They wouldn't even let them out if there was a fire. F*&k China's CCP. But even if that important stuff doesn't interest you, their products are junk. And believe me, you are not getting what they are giving the pros. Srixon is. Mizuno is. And Muira? You can't beat Japanese quality. Why waist time energy and money on Chinese junk.

  5. I just feel like I'd be putting a bag of hybrids in my bag. My mizuno won't be going anywhere soon. I'm not 90 years old and need a mallet

  6. I now play Titliest T400 for the reasons you say Andy , easy to hit, launch high power lofted so go further , sound and feel great. IMO better looking than the HD and look more traditional, less chunky. How would you compare the the T400 and the HD Andy?
Thanks for the T400 review helped me make the purchase.

  7. I like the look of these. I'll definitely be trying them out. I like something different in the bag and to me these clubs just make sense.

  8. Excellent review, I don't really care about how the clubs look at all. I care more how the scorecard looks at the end of the round.

  9. great video but I think I will stick to the old Stealth irons. you did a good job selling me on the old set. thank you

  10. Seems very similar to the Halo XL. What do you feel is the difference? I imagine the Cleveland is probably 1/2 the price.

  11. I think they look better than the Halo XL, Launchpad2s and Cobra t-rails… definitely more iron-like

  12. Andy I refuse to buy new clubs that cost $ 600+ for a driver and $ 1200 for irons . These new clubs can't possibly decrease my handicap a significant amount .

  13. Taylormade brought out the MCGB in 2017-18 and they gave similar performance, powerful looks and some snubbed the wide bottom tungsten weighted soles and chunkier look. But the performance was similar to these in many ways. Great iron, I still have mine as an alternative set. Now the name Stealth gets put on a big fat bottom club and minds have changed. That’s about time, both irons look great and I’m glad these are impressive now whereas 5 years ago they would of been snubbed too. Good review, and nice club. Some great stuff in 2023, and I’ll say in past 3-5 years golf has been transformed by great gear.

  14. I always enjoy his reviews but seven minutes of set up before you get into it is too much…

  15. Question Andy, I tested, then bought my 2019 Big Bertha irons based of your “easiest irons to hit in the bay” video at the time. So what’s your warm up iron these days?

  16. Talormade 10 years late to the party. Hybrid irons have been around for much longer than most would think. I've had Cleveland HB Turbos but now game 10 year old Adams v4 idea hybrid irons. Ridiculously easy to hit.

  17. There’s no reason at all why these shouldn’t be on the shelf in the pro shops at 500 bucks. What an opportunity for Taylor made to incite loyalty program for beginner golfers.

  18. I don't think I could game anything like that, alot of the game is mental and if you dont like the look of something you're not going to hit it well and I think it looks horrible, I'm going to try the g430s apart from blades i think it's one of the best looking clubs to come out over the past year

  19. Swapped traditional irons for Cobra t-rail 12 months ago, handicap has come down from 11 to 6. Love the forgiveness on bad shots. 👍

  20. Why do you assume that high handicap golfers want to play something as ugly as that though? It may go better for you, as a low-handicap golfer (!) but, it's designed for people who struggle with strike, launch and length. Should they buy it, will it be better for them? From this, I'm not sure! I suppose that the question is, is it suitable for people who strike the ball inconsistently? Is it better than the Cleveland Launcher XL, for instance, or the myriad of hybrid only "iron" brands? I'm not sure, but I am sure that, just because you hit these well (and you do!), higher handicappers won't necessarily do so!

  21. Delightful video..To obtain financial freedom, one must either be a business owner, an investor or both, generating passive income, particularly on a monthly basis💯💯.
