We played a course with paspallum grass to help Five-Nine with the putting. He was much better on this grass as it is similar speed to England and less grain so the pace would be consistent. He shot a great 85 and we decided to play this course twice to try get him below 80 before he goes back.

  1. After several hours studying the polo on the shop I think it’s PRANTING FEADERS GROMING BIRBIES. Maybe it’s Thai?? 🤷🏻‍♂️

  2. Never seen anybody so far ahead of himself. It was like he wanted to get every shot out of the way as quickly as possible so he could repeat the process on the next shot.

  3. An important point made in the first minute "you have to play the same course many times to break 80 for the first time"
Most of us breaking 80 and 70 are playing at the same country club or city course dozens of times in a season! Really unlikely you find some random course 25 miles away and go make a low score. You def can play amazing there, but not score amazing, as you do not yet understand how to beat that random course.
Not saying a scratch golfer cannot accomplish a low score at a new course. They have a PhD in course management so they can "flash" read a new hole and play it well.

  4. Your advice of 'Don't give up because you still have a chance' is so spot on. The first time I ever broke 80, I started the round with a triple bogey on an easy par 5. Staying positive is half the battle!

  5. Great channel.
    Love the round.
I’m a member if green valley rayong.
Love the golf in Thailand, so enjoyable.

Such a beautiful place to play bad golf.

  6. 8 over after 2, -1 for the last 3 holes, what a playya !! Planting feathers growing birdies!!!
