  1. I have played Tour Soft for long coming from the old NXT Tour. Tour Soft had a little less spin in the short game than preferred for me. I had high hopes for Tour Speed, but I don’t like the feel of that ball. Tried True Feel, but it is to soft for my likening. Tried Velocity, nice feeling ball despite the higher compression, but to little spin in the short game.
ProV1 and x…to much spin and I lose distance with my slow swing. I was recommended to try AVX…and it got everything I was looking for. Expensive yes, but fun to play with…as long as I don’t lose them.

  2. Velocity feels like a rock. True Feel compresses nicely. Both don’t Check in greens well at all. Velocity is an overpriced 2 piece ball. Tru Feel is the best option for a budget

  3. I'm a high handicapper and I've been playing the Bridgestone e6 for a while now. I got a free sleeve of the Titleist Velocity's and didn't like the feel at all. I just bought some of the Trufeel's so hopefully I like those as much or more than the Bridgestone e6.

  4. For any golfer with a handicap of 12 or better and a club head speed of less than 95, will find the AVX to be perhaps the best quality all around golf ball that Titleist has ever made. It has everything the ProV1 has but designed for slower swing speeds and still maintaining that high performance in quality design. I'm only talking about Titleist golf balls to keep it simple.

  5. For anyone wanting to buy great quality used golf balls at a great price, I recommend http://www.lostgolfballs.com The website speaks for itself. I don't advertise for them, I'm not getting any payment. I just want to help out my fell golfers save money.

  6. Mark, do you own this golf outfitter or are you just the online face placing as sales?

  7. I like the Tru Feel and Wilson soft as I always like the feel when putting. As 18 hcp and 60 yrs old I dont think the premium ball will enhance my game (personal opinion)

  8. Mike from Texas here, I play the Tour Speed & The Tour Soft! Have not decided which I like better. Cost of Pro V 1 is too much when you lose one!
