Well in the UK they may be cheap because Amazon is blowing them out but they are $42 a box in the USA. You can get Supersofts for $24/box. My opinion is for a soft feel that responds well to swing speeds under 105mph, you cannot beat the Srixon soft feel for $23/box. It feels twice as soft as a ProV and goes the same distance for me.

Surprised they don't promote them anymore. They had them in the past as part of their line. They were good balls.
I love Callaway golf balls. My favorite is the Chromesoft, which many people seem to hate. Thanks for giving me an alternative to try.

Good video, think it would have been worth hitting a few Pro V1's as a control. Could also have been the cold weather affecting distance.
Another fantastic entertaining video!
My only critique is that rather than assuming you are hitting baseline numbers with pro V’s, I would love for you to hit a sample set that day so your form for the day is not a variable in the test.

Which would you prefer.. ten yards shorter drive mid fairway of ten yards longer drive possibly in the rough or thick bushes.

i dont understand, when i look up the golf ball on amazon, its a 40 plus pounds for a box of 12, so not alot of winning on them now

As cheap are the Callaway CRX Control – a 3 piece ball sold through Sports Direct , normally 16 quid a dozen. My go to as long as they keep stocking them.
I'd gladly give up 10 yards to stay in the fairway regularly.
Now £21.99 on Amazon. Not that I’m blaming you but after 11 minutes of your video coming out..

Only a man who remembers balata golf balls would be trying the fingernail/bite test to determine how soft they are 🤣
I used to buy these golf balls when I started taking golf seriously. Now I just tell a caddy to get me 20 dollars worth of balls and he usually gives me 15-25 actual good balls with a couple of pinnacle, top flite etc…
$2/ball usd. Still not bad.
For everyone saying they are $42 a box, that is for 24 golf balls which is a good deal.
