Sometimes the difference between shooting level and 6 over is a knife edge. Nothing dropped for you on the greens. I wouldn’t read too much into it. Shows the level you’re at now to think 6 over is a disaster. Best of luck for the next round 🏆
Keep going mate. Watched for a long time and I think your swing is the best it’s ever looked. One bad round doesn’t erase that fact.
Self discipline is no mean feat, you do right to feel proud of yourself buddy
The honesty about your game is super. Head up and one day at a time. 😎
Keep up the hard grind it will pay off soon I'm Sure
Your grip getting very strong there, James..
I can’t tell whether Ricky is South African, Australian or American
‘Having a severe Mrs is not ideal’ 🫣🤣
Well done mate keep it going , golf is a marathon not a sprint , enjoy your golf u will get to where u are gonna be .
Maybe if you spent less time practising and more time teaching your videographer that might help.
Just keep grinding away James, swing looks more controllable.
Keep your head down and working hard JW 👍
Like the dedication mate, only way to improve
Amazing how we get into our own heads in golf when we just need to step up and hit the fucking ball. Just one of those days mate
James your strategy is all wrong !!!
You need to change to improve !!!
*Off the tee hit it as far as you can but in the the fairway.
* Then hit the green but as close to the pin as possible.
* If you miss the green chip it in or get it as close to the pin as you can.
* Putting _ hole it or try and leave it close for a tap in.
Try this and it should help 👍
Stay strong golf brother 👋 you have come a long way
Normally don't give unsolicited advice, but here goes.. 🙂
Agree on the connection issues in the short game, looks to me like the arms / hands kind of overtake the body rotation. Struggled a bit with this my self, and what I focused on was using my body rotation as a kind of anchor to adjust my speed, more rotation = more speed. So the arms and hands kind of do the same and follow the body. Hope that makes sense.
Loving the videos James. Thank you for continuing to share your journey. Remember, there are thousands of us willing you on. I hope that helps to support your mindset. Some great comments from others here, especially the difference between run of the mill and constantly progressing is found in the dirt. And don't forget please… You're living the dream so enjoy it massively too. Best of luck, looking forward to the next videos!
that's the attitude you need 👍the key to getting back on track and fixing some issues is hard work, not a big night out… keep it up!
as you say the bad rounds are now a lot better I have faith you'll bank some winnings soon.
James absolutely right move on because you can't change what happened just learn from it 👍
I Ike what your doing keep going
Cheers
Great video, James. All the best!
I think your chipping problem is you take the club too far back and decelerate and use your hands too much at impact. Just take the club very short back and swing through by turning your body, change the distance of the shot by how fast you turn your body, trajectory, everything.
ricky reminds me of konig abit. same kinda strut
Keep going James!
Great content!!
You got this big man! positive attitude and the grit to get through it and bosh you will be winning in no time
I’d love to hit my 9iron 150 meters!
Nice to hear you’re improving on and off the course. Great things await you, no doubt
Hope the W comes soon because you deserve it after all the grind you are putting in
Love that you went back out. That’s the stuff that gets you to the top. The grind never ends.
Ouch rough rd
Well done on not getting straight to the grind and sorting things out. I have issues after bad rounds and that is a mental change that I need to work on. Really enjoy watching you on this journey!
