I think the transgender population should've been given the time to compete within its own community until enough data was available to have a better understanding of the subject. However, The PDGA follows the IOC on this matter. Your real beef is with the IOC and Time. So you, like everyone else, will have to be patient and let the results establish themselves. That said, there are about .0018% of the population that really do have a physical condition from birth that makes their gender basically a coin flip. I dont know Natalie Ryan, but if she grew up as a girl, has taken hormones since birth to make sure she's a girl, went through puberty as a girl, and maybe somewhere recently did a test to find out she's actually male, I'm more with her than I am if he grew up a boy, went through puberty as a boy, and then 'transitioned' more recently. Does Natalie Ryan have boy body parts? if so, it's clear he should not be playing with the women.

There are 30 year Olds that feel like they're 20 but if they start to identify as 12 and start entering junior tournaments, or even worse-they start…I won't go there, then we would obviously see a problem with that. Unless you have XX chromosomes, or hell XXY chromosomes because I'm "not a bigot" then you shouldn't be playing in the FPO. DNA is science. Feelings are not. DNA matters.

natalie ryan is just that ma1 player in your local tourneys that sometimes shows up at your tuesday night league and annoys the living shit out of everyone by not letting anyone finish a single sentence and that the tee signs must be off because he throws 500 and is still 200 short. or with some of that gender changing stuff the best fpo player in the world, either way a huge win.
God forbid a transgender person happens to be a good athlete. Until I see a trans athlete blowing their competition out of the water (aka by kolings score relative to the women) I just cant entertain any argument against them competing. Nobody, yourself included, is going to transition for the sole purpose of winning. Its simply not a thing that happens, and certainly not in disc golf where there is not that much money to be made. Finally, It's a sport, and what I want from my sports is good competition. If nat and paige have a battle on a final lead card of a tournament, that to me is just as exciting as a paige and ohn battle or anyone else.

This is a beginning of a systematic crime wave being perpetrated against women in every sport. This guy has already stole thousands of dollars from REAL women in the sport of disc golf. It is legal theft being allowed by the PDGA. The reason it’s being allowed is because there are people making a living in disc golf who are afraid that they will lose their jobs if they say anything negative about the subject. GK Pro should be ashamed of themselves for showing a lead card when a man is on it.
