I have a 4 hybrid. It is a love hate relationship. So I use 3 iron more now. But it's in the bag..✌️⛳🏌️

There seems to be difference in opinion on how to hit hybrids from other instructors. I see lots of videos who talk about setup not being off lead heal and hitting down on it. Makes it confusing to her differences in instruction.

I swept it once off the ground, and it was a really long second shot, but fell into hitting down on it, getting reasonable and consistent distant, but you just convinced me sweeping it is better.
What is the set up and swing for a utility iron?
What would the ideal weight distribution be in the feet before and during the swing?
Is that ball position the same way with a 3 wood?

I have a 3H, 4H & 5H and they have helped me get the distance back I've lost with age. You are spot on about how important tempo is because when I try to kill them I always end up topping them.

I cannot hit a utility club I can hit the driver, I can hit every iron in the bag but the club that should be the easiest test doesn’t cooperate.
I hit driver and all irons well but struggle with 3wood and hybrid… I see you say to slightly bump front hip towards target should you do same with hybrid
