The issue I see the most, followed by the slice, is golfers hitting high weak shots or hitting the ground behind the ball too often! Whats the fix? Well the release equals compression (low spin loft) and the key is here.

  1. Really appreciate this video, thanks Mike. Good to hear your opinion on the release. The arms coming down back to the setup shaft plane has been a recent discovery for me that allowed me to have a release that has more supination, ulnar dev and palmar flexion.
    Very interesting when you mentioned how hand proximity to body results in less need for ulnar dev. My hardest struggle has been how to incorporate ulnar dev.
    When you talk of using lead arm supination (+abit of ulnar), do u really mean the entire arm (forearm, bicep) or mostly the forearm and abit of bicep.
    Gonna watch this a few more times. Thanks again!
