Always hitting from the same spot, first putt needs to go at least a putter length. Then each putt needs to go a bit longer than the last until you run out of space of leave it short. Then start again and see if you can get a higher number. You can do this on a mat or by putting towards a skirting board.
To take it even further work from getting as close to the end as possible and then work back shorter.
