This is an instructional video for how to do a chest press. So for this exercise, what you’ll need is any sort of household object, whether it be a broomstick Golf Club hockey stick, whatever you have available to you in the home. So what you’re going to do is you’re going to sit nice and tall on your bike feet firmly on the ground, shoulders back core engaged, you’re going to hold your object with your palms facing forward with the object right in the front of your chest. And then what you’re going to do is you’re going to extend your elbows pushing straight out in front of your body, and then pulling back in allowing your elbows to flare out just a little bit, and repeats. So we want to make sure that we keep a nice tall posture the entire time as we push outs and pulling in
