My all time favorite piece of training equipment is in the house!
The jerkfit nubs have been a game changer. I bought these at regionals a few years back and literally have not gone a day without them. I can’t!!
After being admitted into the hospital with blood poising (essentially it was a little different) I was told to keep my thumbs from getting ripped.
I was stubborn so I let it happen again. Again, it got infected. Even keeping the area clean and taking proper care my body cannot fight off whatever lives on the surface of my thumb. (gross I know)
Tape was annoying and uncomfortable, also I was buying rolls on rolls on rolls. Im no baller so I needed something better. Along came nubs.
Im very thankful these were invented and I have hit many PRs in these bad boys.
Crazy fact: Doctor said if I didnt catch this infection on time I could of lost my arm, even crazier, my life.
